The initial communication will be made over the telephone and once a decision to proceed has been agreed, your personal adviser will meet with you to apply for the mortgage. This meeting can be at one of our offices or at your home/place of work.

Our fee structure is straight forward and very competitive for the work that we do. It is a flat fee of £495 and is payable on application for a mortgage.
